Co-FounderPat has been working in construction since high school. Not only is he great on the tools, but leads the company’s strategic planning and finance.
Matthew Conderan

Matt met Ken and Pat in 2021 when PNK completed a renovation on his home. He joined the company in 2024 and has been running the back end of the company since.
